As Amulya puts forth a condition when Vedant tells his decision about Sahitya, the duo argue. To Aaji's delight, Nutan consents to Amulya and Vedant's marriage. Vedant offers a proposal to Rukmini.
Anna and Suman forgive their daughters. Nutan asks Vedant to rejoin the office and informs him about removing Purushottam from the Board of Directors. She asks Sahitya to sign her termination letter.
Amulya and Aarti confess their mistakes in front of Anna and Suman, leaving Anna upset. After hearing Nutan's side, Vikrant, Vedant and Aadya realise their mistake and apologise to her.
Vedant and others get worried as Nutan and Amulya talk in private. Nutan explains herself and gives Amulya a stern warning. Later, worried on seeing a devastated Amulya, everyone quizzes her.
While Amulya tells Vedant about Aadya Vikrant and Aarti's plan, the trio comes there and teases her. Aadya and the others get worried as Nutan goes to Vedant's room while he is in there with Amulya.
Amulya reassures Anna when he voices a concern. On Purushottam's instructions, Sahitya deliberately tries to get close to Vedant. Later, Vedant asks Amulya about a letter.
Amulya and Aarti discuss the change in Nutan's behaviour. After being counselled by Amulya and on Nutan's insistence, Vedant returns home. Purushottam tells his men about the failure of his plan.
Nutan's changed behaviour surprises Amulya. When Nutan confronts Purushottam for attacking Vedant, Purushottam smartly manipulates the situation. Adya, Vikrant and Aarti visit Vedant at the hospital.
Panicked on finding a gravely injured Vedant at his home, Amulya calls Anna. Vedant gets enraged when Nutan comes to see him at the hospital. He tells her and Amulya about the goons who attacked him.
Nutan puts forth a condition in exchange for breaking her alliance with Purushottam. Amulya reassures Vedant. While Nutan wakes up startled due to a nightmare, Purushottam's goons thrash Vedant.
The Wankhedes ask Vedant the truth about Sharada but he avoids revealing it. Despite everybody's strong disapproval, Nutan gets engaged to Purushottam. Later, Aaji and Amulya comfort a livid Vedant.
Nutan recounts Vikrant and Vedant's mistakes in front of everyone and justifies herself. Purushottam threatens to expose Nutan. However, later, Vedant exposes Purushottam's true colours.
Everyone gets irked as Nutan excitedly prepares for her engagement. The new information shared by Rukmini shocks Vedant. Later, the revelation that Purushottam is Nutan's fiancé stuns everyone.
On returning home, an elated Amulya calls Aarti and expresses her joy. The next morning, Nutan calls Vedant and invites him and Amulya home for her engagement. Vedant then informs Amulya about it.

Amulya helps Vedant prepare breakfast. Mr Marudkar tells the duo that Vedant's tender proved to be invalid, and Sahitya informs it to Purushottam. Later, Mr Marudkar gives Vedant a chance to work.
Vedant and Amulya submit the first tender for their new company. At the submission, they meet Sahitya, who then informs Nutan about Vedant's new company. Vedant and Amulya enjoy dinner together.
Vedant and Amulya clean up Vedant's new house. Later, Amulya shares her concern about Vedant with Anna. Soon after, Vedant asks Amulya to teach him to make tea.
Nutan makes Aarti cook for fifty people and later, acts innocent in front of Aadya. Vijay finds some documents proving Sahitya's fraudulent actions. Purushottam and Sahitya discuss their next move.
The gift given by Aadya makes Vedant emotional. As soon as Aarti and Vikrant return home, Nutan taunts them and warns Aarti. Later, Vedant bids goodbye to the Tumpalwars and takes their leave.
Nutan berates Vedant for staying at the Tumpalwars' house, but Vedant and Anna cross-question her. A furious Nutan takes a firm decision about Amulya. Sarika tries to reason with Nutan about Vedant.
