Mayuri repents for all her misdeeds and wishes to meet Megh. Evenutally, both the sisters meet each other and they resolve their differences. After two years, Megh's daughter bonds with Mayuri.
In order to save Mayuri, Megh runs away from the hospital. Her health worsens after donating blood to Mayuri. Minakshi manages to nurse Megh back to health. Meanwhile, Mayuri regains consciousness.
Madhumita cries while talking about her childhood in front of Mayuri at the hospital. Anindya attempts to handle her. Minakshi is compelled to tell the truth when Megh wishes to know about Mayuri.
Minakshi speaks to Mayuri's doctor. No one informs Megh about Mayuri's health condition. Later, the doctor tells Madhumita that if no blood donor is found in the next 48 hours, Mayuri may die.
Minakshi admits Megh in the hospital and Madhumita blames herself for Megh's condition. When Megh feels better, she decides to go back home. The police inform Anindya that Mayuri requires blood.
Guruji attends Megh and Souroneel's 'Boubhaat' ceremony. Guruji, along with the others present, requests Megh to sing. Later, Megh faints but soon, regains consciousness.
During the 'Boubhaat' function, Megh feels uneasy. Elsewhere, Mayuri fumes thinking about Megh being happy in life. Later, Megh's Guruji, Amar Chakrabarty, comes for their event to bless the couple.
Gini asks Jishnu to bring Megh and Souroneel back home. Jishnu cracks jokes while Megh and Souroneel share an intimate moment. Everyone in the house is relieved after seeing Megh and Souroneel.
Megh tells Souroneel that she wishes to donate blood in advance after realising Mayuri's plan. Mayuri can't stand Megh's happiness. Souroneel tells Megh about staying in Delhi with Megh in the future.
When Mayuri gets admitted to the hospital, Megh visits her by ignoring Anindya and Souroneel's prohibition. After suspecting Mayuri's actions, Megh realises Souroneel's suspicions are correct.
Madhumita visits Megh's house. Souroneel and Bhaskar visit the hospital with Megh. Anindya informs Megh about Mayuri's conspiracy. Later, the nurse tells Megh that Mayuri wants to talk to her.
Megh is ready for the reception. She hears about Mayuri's illness and wishes to visit the hospital. Meanwhile, Anindya understands Mayuri's plan. Later, he forbids Megh from visiting the hospital.
Anindya and Madhumita get the news of Mayuri's illness from the police station. Megh's outfit on the wedding day impresses Souroneel. Madhumita worries about Mayuri. Fear takes root in Megh's mind.
Megh thinks about Mayuri. When Anindya and Madhumita meet Mayuri in jail, Mayuri insults them. She talks about trying to kill Megh after getting out of jail. Mayuri's threat makes Madhumita ponder.
To teach Mayuri a lesson, Mohini thrashes her. An injured Mayuri lies to the police. Meanwhile, her parents are worried for her. Minakshi requests Megh to forget the past and address her as 'Ma'.
Megh and Madhavi understands that Souroneel is hiding in the bathroom. Meanwhile, in the jail, Mayuri beats Mohini. Later, Souroneel decides to spend some quality time with Megh.
Minakshi welcomes Megh home. Souroneel asks Megh to forget the past. Meanwhile, Mayuri gets punished after lying in front of the police. Later, Anindya and Madhumita hope that Megh will be fine.
Anindya goes to the lock up to meet Mayuri and tells him that she wants to stay alone. Megh bids goodbye to her parents and sits in Souroneel's car. Later, Laal and Gini try to cheer up Megh.
Madhumita says that Mayuri has shot Megh. When the police try to take Mayuri away, she expresses her wish to speak to Megh personally. Mayuri tells Megh about her hatred towards her.
While Souroneel and Megh begin their marriage rituals, a disgruntled Mayuri appears at the venue and shoots Megh with a revolver. Megh loses consciousness and falls on the floor.
Megh and Souroneel angrily demand answers after seeing each other as bride and groom. Anindya convinces Megh when everyone is scared. Later, Thammi tries to make Megh and Souroneel understand.
Souroneel gets nervous before the wedding. Megh tells Madhumita about mending relations with Mayuri. Later, Megh and Souroneel are surprised after seeing each other during the 'Subho Drishti'.
Souroneel struggles to tolerate his family's excitement about the marriage. Roop gives Mayuri a gun in exchange for Megh's jewellery. When Jishnu understands Megh's situation, he tries to comfort her.
Mayuri asks Roop for a gun to kill Megh. Meanwhile, Madhumita makes sure that Mayuri is not present when the groom arrives. Later, Souroneel is surprised after seeing Jishnu coming to pick him up.
Souraneel tells Madhavi that he cannot love anyone except Megh. Anindya learns that Megh has developed feelings for Souroneel. Minakshi feels guilty thinking about her past actions.
Megh tells Gini and Jishnu that she won't be in contact with them post her marriage. Mayuri feels suspicious about Gini getting the turmeric paste. Madhavi understands Souroneel and Megh's emotions.
Megh is startled to see Sourneel. She leaves the scene after venting her anger at Jishnu and Gini. Megh thinks about Souroneel all night long and gets upset. Later, Gini and Jishnu apologise to Megh.
Megh gets irritated seeing Mayuri's inquisitiveness about her prospective groom. Mayuri learns about the groom and shares it with Roop. Later, Gini and Jishnu try to make Megh and Souroneel meet.
Souroneel and Megh's 'Aiburobhat' ceremony gets organised. For the sake of everyone in the house, Megh and Souroneel participate in the event despite their reluctance. Mayuri's curiosity annoys Megh.
Madhumita is shocked after seeing Mayuri's phone. Mayuri asks Megh why she agreed to get married. Gini is confident that Mayuri and Roop are plotting. Madhavi vows to get Megh and Souroneel married.
Roop informs Mayuri about Megh's marriage. Elsewhere, Souroneel saves Megh from getting hit by a car. He then takes her to a cafe. When Mayuri gets a message from Megh, she plans to return home.
Megh and Souroneel get upset, thinking about the past moments spent with each other. Both of them consider getting remarried to make their family happy. Gini and Mini go shopping with Souroneel.

Gini spots Souroneel secretly attending Megh's function and feels annoyed seeing his changed behaviour. Later, the judge grants divorce to Megh and Souroneel.
Jishnu tells Gini about his feelings. Meanwhile, Madhumita asks Anindya to think about Megh's second marriage. Later, Souroneel returns from Delhi for the final hearing of the divorce.
When Madhumita asks Megh to start a life afresh, she thinks about Souroneel and feels bad. Souroneel calls Megh to remind her about the date of the divorce case and an emotional conversation ensues.
Mayuri, who has been a chronically ill child and doted by her family, is dependent on her sister Megh's unique plasma to survive. Unexpectedly, the sisters fall in love with the same person, Souroneel.
Madhavi informs Megh about Souroneel's departure. When Megh meets Souroneel at the station, he tells her the reason behind his departure. Megh is unable to stop Souroneel despite being very upset.
Bhaskar urges everyone to think about Souroneel. Megh talks to Souroneel in private. Everyone in the house expresses their contempt towards Souroneel. He leaves the house intending to go to Delhi.
