With divine blessings uniting them, Vyankat apologises to Indrayani. Later, the sight of the Vitthal statue in place of the old man moves them both to tears of joy.
Vyankat claims fate is unchangeable after Narayani supports Gopal's death. Later, he reflects on his broken family, realising that Indrayani and Anandi have already abandoned him.
