Disguised as a hermit, Karkotak arrives at Arjun’s wedding to end his life. Malli intervenes just in time, foiling his plan. As the wedding continues, she faces off against Karkotak.
Malli sets out to get Bhairavi's mangalsutra from Karkotak, but he overpowers her and goes after Arjun's life. Arjun and Bhairavi sit on the wedding dais as Swamiji senses impending danger.
Malli, in her serpent form, assures Bhairavi's family that she will retrieve the mangalsutra, while Bhairavi reveals her ordeal to them. Later, Malli and Swamiji bury Maya alive.
Maya forces Arjun to tie the mangalsutra around her neck. Swamiji holds her captive, but she reveals only she can turn Bhairavi from a doll into a human. Soon, a miracle occurs.
When Arjun regains consciousness, his family apprises him of Maya. Swamiji comes to the guesthouse to help Bhairavi's family and conducts a puja. When Maya arrives there, Arjun refuses to marry her.
Maya extracts the venom from Arjun's body while Shankar witnesses it. It is also revealed that Maya has turned Bhairavi into a doll. In exchange for saving Arjun's life, Maya puts forth a condition.
Arjun collapses from Karkotak’s venom. His family hospitalises him, where they learn about Bhairavi’s abduction. Adhitya takes him to a guest house, where Maya, the shape-shifting serpent, arrives.
Sanvi outsmarts Adhitya again. Before the family leaves for the temple, a bad omen strikes. Arjun and Bhairavi offer a mangalsutra to Naagmata, while Karkotak executes his plot using a thief.
Arjun and Bhairavi inform Swamiji about the gem. Upon returning home, their family questions their injuries, while Shailaja urges them to speed up the wedding. Meanwhile, Adhitya sees Sanvi’s face.
Swamiji instructs Arjun to return the gem to the temple, and Sanvi and Veerbhadram inform about it to Vishwambhari and Malli. After Vishwambhari acquires it from Arjun, Malli questions Arjun about it.
Swamiji stops Karkotak from harming Arjun, but he burns the wedding invitation. Malli restores it and unleashes her wrath on him and further warns Veerbhadram after returning home.
Sanvi threatens Shiva which Arjun and Bhairavi witness. Sticking to his plan, Veerbhadram sends both away under the guise of a temple visit while secretly setting Karkotak on Arjun.
Malli asks Swamiji about the missing temple gem. Veerbhadram schemes against Sanvi, while Shiva splashes water on her during the family’s celebration, hoping Adhitya sees her true identity.
Veerbhadram meets Vishwambhari, who sends Karkotak to kill Arjun. Kaushalya panics over a bad omen and warns the family while Karkotak fails to enter the house.
Veerbhadram tells Sanvi that he has returned to stop Arjun and Bhairavi’s wedding. Arjun leaves home silently for Bhairavi’s sake, but she brings him back.
Arjun refuses to marry Bhairavi due to his birth chart, but she remains adamant. Meanwhile, Shailaja stages a drama with Veerbhadram and Rudra to stay at her maternal home.
Sanvi disguises herself to enter the house, while Veebhadram informs Malli that it was Arjun who took the gem from the temple. Later, the pandit's words give everyone a fright.
The police question Adhitya and create a sketch of his kidnapper. Sanvi, alarmed upon seeing it, is shielded by Vishwambhari, who urges her to uncover the gem's mystery.
Malli blesses Arjun and Bhairavi’s birth charts. Arjun questions Shiva about Krishnakant’s death, while Shakuntala begs Naagmata to spare Arjun's life.
Sanvi hides at home while others worship the snake’s burrow. Malli searches for her enemy, but due to Swamiji, she fails to discover that Arjun is behind Phanendra’s condition.
Malli vows to avenge Phanendra. Arjun arrives at Bhairavi’s house with his family, unsettling Sanvi. Later, Shiva attempts to disclose the truth about Krishnakant’s death to Adhitya.
Arjun saves Shakuntala and gives Swamiji the gem. Adhitya halts Bhairavi’s wedding in time, and Annapurna ousts Veerbhadram, Shailaja, and Rudra while Malli is distressed by Phanendra’s condition.
Upon learning about Adithya, Veerbhadram hastens Bhairavi and Rudra's wedding. Annapoorna prays to god when Adithya is hit by a car. Meanwhile, Arjun brings the mani to the hospital for Shakuntala.
Arjun's life is miraculously saved, allowing him to enter the temple and retrieve the gem. As he exits, Phanendra attempts to stop him, but during the struggle, Phanendra falls off the cliff.
Bhairavi tries to save Arjun's life, but Veerbhadram takes her back home. She explains the compulsion behind her decision to the family. Meanwhile, Trinayani arrives to help Adhitya.
Shailaja attacks Kaushalya, and Bhairavi retaliates by slapping her. Swamiji informs Arjun about the temple, prompting him and Bhairavi to head there, with Vishwambhari following behind.
Swamiji instructs Arjun to retrieve Naagmani to cure Naagdosh and save Shakuntala. Meanwhile, Vishwambhari advises Veerbhadram against rushing Bhairavi and Rudra's wedding. Arjun then visits Bhairavi.
Bhairavi refuses to marry Arjun and chooses Veerbhadram's son Rudra instead. Shakuntala faints from worry for Arjun and is rushed to the hospital. Meanwhile, Annapurna gets upset with Bhairavi.
Sanvi plans to free Adhitya from Veerbhadram's captivity. Naagrani hides in Shakuntala's car to attack Arjun. As Arjun and Bhairavi's engagement begins, Veerbhadram returns home.
Annapurna ousts Veerbhadram from the house. He informs Bhairavi that her brother Adhitya is alive and assigns her a task. Meanwhile, Sanvi learns that someone has freed Adhitya from her captivity.
Veerbhadram arranges Rudra and Bhairavi’s wedding and locks Annapurna in a room. Later, Annapurna gets Arjun and Bhairavi engaged. Thereafter, Arjun arrives just in time to stop the wedding.
Despite Arjun's attempts to stop Bhairavi, she confronts the temple's serpents and is bitten. He takes her home, where Annapurna discovers the truth about her bangle. Arjun prays for her recovery.
Unable to speak, Shiva tries to reveal Krishnakant’s death’s truth with gestures but is secretly threatened by Veerbhadram. Shiva stops Arjun from leaving, while Vishwambhari takes Phanendra captive.
Arjun tries to save Krishnakant, while Vishwambhari and Sanvi fail in their attempt to seize Naagmani. Misled by Veerbhadram, Bhairavi believes Arjun is Krishnakant’s murderer.
Worried about Krishnakant, Bhairavi prays at the temple. Meanwhile, in Nagavaram, Arjun meets Swamiji. Sanvi, Vishwambhari and Veerbhadram murder Krishnakant, which is witnessed by Shiva.
Vishwambhari's Garuda attacks Malli and takes her to Vishwambhari. Arjun sets out for Nagawaram to clear the accusations against his father. Bhairavi tells Krishnakant not to go to the temple.
Veerbhadram kills his father-in-law, who, before dying, announces a decision. Shakuntala's husband, Sharad, attempts suicide, claiming his innocence. Malli overhears Veerbhadram and Shailaja.
After the revelations, Shakuntala's husband, influenced by Veerbhadram, steals Naagmani. To obtain it, Veerbhadram fires a shot, which hits the son of the serpent king. He then makes his next move.
Arjun visits Bhairavi's house with his family. Upon seeing Shakuntala, Bhairavi's family gets angry, and soon, a big truth comes to light. His family's insult upsets Arjun, and they return home.
Vishwambhari's amulet helps Veerbhadram overpower Malli. Shakuntala learns of Arjun's feelings. Unaware of the whole truth, the family leaves for Bhairavi's home. Bhairavi's message pleases Arjun.
Veerbhadram talks to Shailaja about Krishnakant's death. At Krishnakant's behest, Arjun goes to bring his family, while Bhairavi gets his letter. Vishambhari orders Veerbhadram to kill Krishnakant.
Bhairavi dreams of a female fortune-teller who makes a prophecy about Krishnakant and gives her an amulet. Vishambhari shares her plan with Sanvi and Veerbhadram. Krishnakant makes a decision.
Veerbhadram meets Vishwambhari. Aditya's family completes his last rites. Arjun asks Bhairavi to fulfil Aditya's wish. Shailaja insults Malli and asks her to leave the house.
Arjun tells Bhairavi that Aditya's video is fake, and Namrata informs Sanvi. Aditya's corpse is found outside the temple, hurting the family. Sunanda makes serious accusations against Krishnakant.
Vishwambhari heals Veerbhadram. Bhairavi refuses to marry Arjun. After Sanvi's threats, Namrata tells her why Arjun came to Nagavaram. Bhairavi breaks down after watching a video of Aditya.
Malli suggests Bhairavi's family to arrange Arjun and Bhairavi's marriage. Krishnakant talks to Arjun, and Shailaja creates a scene. Vishwambhari arrives there with Sanvi to execute her plan.
Bhairavi asks Arjun to stop her wedding. After Shailaja creates a scene, the suitor's family that had come to meet Bhairavi leaves. Sanvi finds out that Bhairavi has learnt about Aditya being alive.
Arjun saves Bhairavi's life. Swamiji instructs Krishnakant to get Bhairavi married soon. At Malli's suggestion, Arjun talks to Krishnakant, but the latter says that he has chosen a match for Bhairavi.
Arjun sees his company's drone outside the house. Bhairavi falls prey to Sanvi's dangerous ploy. While Arjun and the family take Bhairavi to the temple, Malli tries to find the conspirator.
Malli heals Bhairavi. An unexpected incident shocks everyone on the day of Lord Kartikeya's idol installation. Bhairavi finds Aditya's ring in the alms and shows it to Arjun.
