Goddess Vishalakshi performs a miracle, and Tilottama's life begins to fade. She reveals that she intends to kill Gayatri Devi, and Gayatri kills her. Trinetri's return makes her grandmother happy.
Tilottama and Vallabh try to burn Trinetri's grandmother to death. Later, Dhurandhara starts experiencing stomach pain, and the family takes her to the temple at Trinayani's advice.
Gayatri tries to kill Tilottama, causing everyone to panic. Trinayani stops Dhurandhara from attempting suicide. Tilottama plans to kill Dadi. Meanwhile, Trinayani shares her plan with Dhurandhara.
Vishalakshi tries to give a sign to Trinetri's grandmother about Trinetri's death. She further says that within four days, Tilottama will die and will be reborn as Dhurandhara's child.
Tilotama tells Vallabh and Suman about her plan. Swamiji and Trinayani answer Hasini's questions. When Trinetri's grandmother and Vishalakshi arrive, everyone wonders if Trinayani is Trinetri.
Trinayani tells Vikrant and Dhurandhara about her plan to prevent the truth from coming out. Gayatri takes everyone to an unconscious Trinayani, and they ask Swamiji to bring her back to her senses.
Tilottama tells Trinetri's grandmother that she is also dead. Trinayani tells Vikrant and Dhurandhara that Tilottama had seen her spirit. Swamiji mentions the presence of a lifeless body in the house.
Disguised as an occultist, Atmalingam sees Trinayani's corpse. Tilottama and Vallabh call Swami Akhand to find out about Trinayani's death and try tricks. They are scared upon seeing two Trinayanis.
Trinayani slaps Vaikunth for adding poison to the milk and warns Tilottama and Vallabh. Tilottama questions Trinetri's grandmother. Later, the occultist, Atmalingam, comes home.
Vikrant is puzzled about where Trinayani's body, which was in a coma, disappears from the room. Tilottama plans to uncover the truth about Trinetri. Trinayani stops Hasini from having poisoned milk.
Dadi mistakes Trinayani for Trinetri and tries to take her home, but Trinayani refuses. Out of anger, Dadi reveals Trinayani's secret to the family members and tries to prove her point.
Dadi lies to Vishal's family that Trinetri has left the house. Tilottama suspects that Trinayani and Trinetri are the same person. Dadi gets angry due to Vishal's family's bad behaviour.
Vallabh brings Trinetri's family home from Devipur. Trinayani comes in front of Dadi as Trinetri. She and Vikrant tell Dadi half the truth and ask for her help. Tilottama gets suspicious of Trinayani.
Trinayani tells Vishal that she has a connection with Trinetri. Vedapottamma advises Trinayani on a problem. The family sees Trinayani and Vikrant taking something wrapped in a sheet outside.
Gayatri locks herself in a room. Vedapottamma enters the room in a snake form and is shocked to see Trinayani's body there. Later, the rest of the family goes to the room to find out the truth.
At Tilottama's behest, Suman pretends to be possessed by Trinayani's spirit. Gayatri slaps Suman, and she falls unconscious. Later, Suman and Vikrant place a bet.
When insurance papers are received, Vikrant is surrounded by questions. Dadi, looking for Trinetri, runs into Vallabh, who tells the family about it. Everyone decides to call Trinetri's family home.
Vallabh tells everyone that there is no patient named Trinayani. Gayatri does something with a saree and drops it when Tilottama interferes. Dhurandhara's action seems strange to everyone.
The hospital bill shocks the family, and Vishal plans to complain against the hospital. To keep the secret, Trinayani handles the situation. Tilottama makes an accusation against Trinayani.
Vishal sees Trinayani's diary. A hospital staff brings a bill for Vikrant. Tilottama reveals the amount and the patient's name to everyone, leaving the family in shock.
Before Dhurandhara's baby shower, Trinayani loses her memory. Due to Tilottama's ploy, Dhurandhara faints after consuming adulterated kheer. Later, questions arise about Trinayani's identity.
Tilottama and Vallabh plan to kill Trinayani by causing a gas cylinder explosion. Meanwhile, Gayatri tries to kill Tilottama. Trinayani stops Vishal from getting close to her.

Trinayani wins the family's trust. Vishal and Trinayani discuss visiting Devipur. Vikrant is in a fix when asked about the hospital where Trinayani was treated, so he redirects it to Trinayani.
Chandrashekhar visits Vishal and tells everyone that the person in their house is Trinetri. Before Chandrashekhar can arrest her, Gayatri holds Trinayani's hand and she recalls her true identity.
At Vishalakshi's behest, Vishal puts a necklace with a goddess' coin around Trinayani's neck. Vikrant discusses it with Suman. Tilottama tears up Trinayani's notes. Chandrashekhar comes to the house.
Vishalakshi tries to remind Trinayani of the incident that happened to her and tells everyone that she is Trinetri. Vishalakshi's question puts Vikrant in trouble. Later, an event shocks everyone.
Trinayani panics as she fears getting exposed when Swamiji pays a visit. She loses her memory, and this bothers Vishal. When Vishalakshi comes home, Trinayani imagines her to be a goddess.
To prove that Trinayani is lying, Tilottama pretends to not see Gayatri Devi. Tilottama reveals the truth when Gayatri Devi beats her. Suman speaks to Vikrant about it.
As planned by Tilottama, Gayatri becomes unconscious, and Gayatri Devi’s spirit appears. The family suspects Trinayani when she fails to see Gayatri Devi’s spirit. Tilottama lies to Vishal’s family.
Trinayani informs Vishal’s family that she has come to marry him. Trinetri’s grandmother gives Trinetri's picture to her father and asks him to look for her. Tilottama holds Trinayani at gunpoint.
The family informs Swamiji about Trinayani's behaviour. To investigate Trinayani's accident, Chandrashekhar reaches Devipur and interrogates Mukkoti. Later, Swamiji asks Trinetri some questions.
The saint makes a revelation in front of Trinetri's family. Trinetri talks to Vishal about their marriage, and he gets angry. Vaikunth and Mukkoti ask Dadi for the property. Dhurandhara returns home

Tilottama decides to take Trinayani's place in Gayatri Group of Companies. Trinetri remembers that she was poisoned. Seeing Trinetri's behaviour, Vikrant realises that she is not Trinayani.
After hearing Suman's words, Vikrant slaps her. Trinayani returns home, but she forgets her true identity. She tells everyone that her name is Trinetri. The family thinks she has lost her memory.
Vaikunth and Mukkoti dispose of Trinetri's body. Vikrant asks the doctor to shift Trinayani to another hospital. Trinayani's soul enters Trinetri's dead body.
Yam Pash takes Trinayani's soul to Yampuri. Tilottama plans to poison Gayatri. Yamraj finds out that Trinayani was brought there mistakenly. Trinetri eats the poisoned prasad.
Vishal blames himself for Trinayani's accident. The doctor tells Vikrant that Trinayani has slipped into a coma. Vallabh sees Trinetri and mistakes her for Trinayani. Trinetri brings Dadi home.
The doctors operate on Trinayani, and Vishal's family visits the hospital. Trinetri also arrives with her unconscious grandmother. Hasini questions Tilottama and Vallabh about Trinayani's accident.
Trinayani tells Vishal that she has arrived in Devipur. Trinayani falls prey to the deadly conspiracy plotted against Trinetri. Vikrant comes home and informs the family about Trinayani's accident.
Vishal arrives in Devipur, and Trinetri mistakes him for her future husband. Trinayani also heads to Devipur, and Vallabh sabotages her car's brakes. Mukkoti orders Ranga to kill Trinetri.
Trinetri's aunt and uncle try to get her bitten by a snake. Trinayani sees a sign and says that poison is going to be used on her. Everyone finds out where the temple seen by Trinayani is located.
At Trinetri's uncle's orders, a snake charmer releases a snake to kill her. Due to Trinayani's impending danger, Vishal's family fail to go shopping. Trinayani receives another premonition.
Trinayani tells everyone that a snake will bite her, and Vishal explains the reason behind Trinayani's clothes. Hasini warns Tilottama and Vallabh. Trinetri goes to the forest to worship the goddess.
Tilottama slaps Vikrant for hiding the truth. Trinetri's uncle plans to kill her. Later, Vikrant advises to perform Gayatri's coronation. Trinayani gets worried after seeing a sign.
Hasini stages a drama to prevent the truth from coming out. Trinayani offers 'aarti' to the Goddess, who signals towards Vikrant. At Trinayani’s insistence, Vikrant says that Gayatri is his daughter.
